MEET THE CPTG FAMILY
2026-2027 EXECUTIVE BOARD:
PRESIDENT
MARA WILD
Mara is a third-year Television & Film Production Major from Buffalo, New York. This is her third and final year with Chappell Players, serving as its President for the 2026-2027 season! Mara loves to see theatre connecting so many people from so many different walks of life together, creating memories and a space that will never be the same twice.
Chappell Players has been one of the most impactful organizations I have ever been a part of. With CPTG, I've been given the space to grow as a friend, person, and theatre professional. I keep coming back because each show is unique. I joined Chappell Players with only a knowledge of sound equipment in the theatre. Now I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many new people across different departments and expand my theatrical knowledge, all while developing in a nurturing environment. I love Chappell players; it has brought me some of my closest friends and fondest memories.

VICE PRESIDENT
NICOLAS CAPPALLI
Nic is a third-year Psychology Major from Knightsville, Cranston, Rhode Island, with this being his third year participating with Chappell Players, will be serving as the Vice President during the 2026-2027 season. Through theatre, Nic most wants to create in real time, and takes joy in compressing months’ worth of work into one or two special weekends.
Chappell Players is a group that, to me, allows people to come together and create wonderful things. I know that sounds vague, but to be on the executive board for my second year and to play a large part in overseeing that environment, means a lot to me. I want to see this group continue to do for others what it has done for me, give a safe space and a place to create and feel freedom.

Secretary
Triscella Saucedo-Duncan
Triscella is a second-year Criminal Justic Major from Oakland, California, entering her second year participating with Chappell Players and acting as its Secretary for the 2026-2027 season. Her favorite thing about theatre is how busy it gets, with something new always right around the corner, be it the people participating or the opportunities all around.
Chappell Players is so welcoming in every single department. All of the opportunities make it almost impossible not to find your niche. The little theater is also just such a homey place. This organization provides stability and is so understanding.
TREASURER
Hannah Bousaid
Hannah is a third-year Actuarial Science Major from Long Island, New York, having participated with Chappell Players for a year and entering her second as Treasurer of the 2026-2027 season. She most loves the vibrancy of theatre as an art form, and how it can bring color, music, and art into the physical form that it does.
Chappell Players is most certainly the closest knit theater group Ive ever been a part of. Outside of the stage, you're recognized and included. I've integrated myself enough within it that giving back as an eboard member only felt right, felt easy.

PUBLIC RELATIONS CHAIR
ARIANA AFZALI
Ariana is a fourth-year Public Relations Major from Queens, New York, going into her second year with Chapell Players as its Public Relations Chair. She has so much passion for theatre because it allows her to be in a space where she can be herself without fear or judgement.
Chappell Players holds a very special place in my heart. Only being here for a year, I was immediately accepted with open arms and made so many friends who I love dearly. I want to spread that welcoming energy and kindness I received and make sure everyone feels safe and “at home” in The Little Theatre. <3
HISTORIAN
Adrianna Preiss
Adrianna is a third-year Pharmacy Major from Queens, New York, and will be participating with Chappell Players for her second year, taking up the role of Historian for the 2026-2027 season. Through theatre, she is beyond happy to have met and to continue to meet so many cool people!
In Chappell Players, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow without being judged because everyone is doing something fairly new!! Each show has a different set of circumstances that make it so different from the last, so you're never doing the exact thing for long.
