2019-2020 Season
2019-2020 EXECUTIVE BOARD
PRESIDENT
Our President and Freshman Representative for the 2019-2020 season is Parker Young '20. He is from Villa Park, California and is a Film and Television Major. This year, he is most excited for the ability contribute to the Chappell Players community and to create opportunities for everyone to make lifelong friends and memories!
My favorite Chappell Players memory was when a balloon popped as I played Leaf Coneybear in the middle of our performance of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and my improv ninja skills finally got to be showcased!
Vice President
Our Vice President and Freshman Representative this year is Angelica Cieslak '21. She is a junior from Glendale, New York and is majoring in Communications and minoring in Dramatic Arts. She loved being on the Executive Board last year as Historian and this year, she is most excited to make Chappell Players even more of a family than it already is!
My favorite Chappell Players memory is probably the hours right before each show when everyone's in the house of the theatre eating dinner and hanging out before getting ready. The energy in the booth, house, and green room is literally electric and it's so fun jamming out to throwback songs in the green room!
SECRETARY
This year's Secretary and Junior Representative is Nicole Petrick '22, a Homeland Security Major from Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This year she is most excited for an increased campus awareness of Chappell Players as well as for our new CPTG merch!
My favorite Chappell Players memory was jumping in the dumpster during [The 25th Annual Putnam County] Spelling Bee's strike and taking out all the wood we had just thrown in.
Treasurer
This year's Treasurer and Sophomore Representative is Kristin Camacho '22, a sophomore from Brea, California. She is majoring in English and double minoring in Musical Theatre and Communication Arts. Being all the way across the country for the summer, she is most excited about getting back into the Little Theatre and welcoming in new members!
My favorite Chappell Players memory was from The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee- during warmups when we'd sing the opening song with the full band in an empty theatre and mess around before the house opened.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
This year's Public Relations Officer and Sophomore Representative is Sheila Kiernan '22, a Public Relations Major from Islip, New York. This year she is looking forward to meeting many new, talented people! She is so excited to meet the new members and for the dynamic they will bring to Chappell Players. She knows we have a great season coming up and it will be fantastic!
My favorite Chappell Players memory is the 24 Hour Playfest! Putting together a production in such a short time was stressful but more rewarding than I could have imagined. I had so much fun through the entire process.
Historian
Last but certainly not least is our Historian and Senior Representative for this year, Ben Davis '20. He is a senior from Boston, Massachusetts, majoring in Economics and minoring in History. This year, Ben is most excited for the musical!
My favorite Chappell Players memory is playing Lucas Beineke in our 2017 musical, The Addams Family.
